Mike reduced his under writing so other share holders could have their request for shares filled rather than keep everything he could.

This shows how he has shareholders in mind and not just milking share holders (like it appears other companies have been doing pumping to $1 then offering nothing to back up the value).
And complaining that he offered less under writing than he had offered for the nordic bond deal means nothing. We don't know why he offered less. Could be he had money tied up else where, could be he didn't need to offer as much. You assume he didn't want to as he has less faith in the company because you twist everything to the negative with out actually knowing the reason. The fact is he still offered ALOT of his OWN MONEY which shows he has faith in a company he knows inside and out.
