Do you seriously believe Mike would pass up hos underwriting to investors who are able to buy on market any day of the week.
You know full well directors have limited buying windows and know full well mike hasnt purchased any shares since.
Adding to that, none of the executives applied for shortfall shares. They only took up part of their total entitlement.
