Yes, obviously a desperation for short term cash which must be required for Portia. The numbers for Portia have been looking bad for months, as has cash on hand. How can they let it get to this stage? Some serious questions need to be asked and change needs to happen.
I still can't believe they couldn't raise funds in a different way, is it really so bad?
