But if share price stays @ 19cents (heading there fast) 20 payments X $59,015 each equals $1,180,300 Certainly not $2.05 million as stated.

Bergen have paid $2.05 m for their 6,212,121 shares, so in that respect the announcement is correct.

It's the handing back of the $1.6 m for entering into "a funding agreement" where the smoke and mirrors starts to come into play. Plus they get an additional 353,448 shares as another fee from somewhere.

Some commentary elsewhere that Bergen has the potential to payout significantly more than they anticipated.

Well consider this from page 3 from one of the announcements:

"The Investor may accelerate the timing of the payments. In the event that the Investor accelerates the timing of the payments, the Company will receive the funding payments within a shorter time frame than the 20 months."

EVERYTHING is weighted in Bergen's favour.

Why would anyone enter into an agreement like this?

The only thing I can think of is they were desperate for funds just to stay solvent. More than happy to be corrected by anyone who knows more or has an alternative theory. I, like many here I guess, have got an email into management waiting for a response.

HAV have a lot of explaining to do.
