    Is not correct.
    In reality no one will know exactly what Bergen has paid until all 20 monthly payments have been made. Yes, you are correct there was a degree of desperation and managements thoughts were share price will increase over the 20 month period. Yes this could happen and total funding would be greater than the expected $2.05million. However I doubt it, the way I see it HAV shares have been shorted to hell for a purpose, for anyone to get a big holding in Havilla there are two ways it can be done create desperation by shorting or meet the market by increasing purchase price.
