Had a look at the company registry, newdirection speaks for less than 0.2% of the register so no real threat of a 249d….but we know that or they would have to lodge a substantial shareholder notice like optionco!
Having ascertained that newdirection and their fee seeking former shareholders are no threat I’ve bought back in. Expect posts as major contribution from optionco but not much else.
