Post 249D both camps of the incumbents and OptionCo have taken the result maturely and with recognition of how things can be done better and are moving on.

These ridiculous media releases - via HC - and cryptic messages don't fool anyone into believing there will be enough support to do anything official.
The only action taken was an attempt to ride OptionCo's coattails via a public statement and if I was a betting man I would wager there were plenty of private attempts too.

OptionCo lost but landed a blow
New Direction doesn't exist by virtue it has no real support.

And all of the above are in the rear view mirror.
