Time goes on and I guess the next move is the vote count and a resounding thumbs down. And the EGM for whatever that will achieve. Will confirm the NO vote and spend some more cash.
There will no doubt very soon after the EGM be a capital raising. I,m no expert here but am aware the raise is an opportunity for TIO to increase their holding? Not presumably by a dangerous amount?
And then another "play" from the unrepresentative Board. It will not be pleasant.
I wonder if there is ongoing communication between the Board and ASIC? I,m sure there is but I hope the Board are not setting things up with ASIC to get at us holders? All the more need for holders to keep ASIC aware of our plight.
