    Nuna,

I 100% agree with you. There is a lot of (bad) history that was inherited by current management and board.

I do understand the frustration felt by shareholders, but Lee & TOD have done pretty well, given the crappy state MST was delivered to them. I remember at a meeting earlier this year, TOD threw out that there was a board seat up for the taking. Anyone who wanted it take one step forward and everyone took one step backwards.

I think Routine may be feeling frustrated with the amount of cool stuff MST has in its kit but does not appear to being currently utilised/explored. The historical problem has been that they tried to get too many things working at the one time, with nothing actually at any state to generate real revenues. This is typical of a tech company driven by engineers or inventors. I think now there appears to be a sales focus on 3GL and MAUL as the start of getting some $$ in the door from someone other than us. IMO, MST doesn't have enough current cash to really get all of their stuff, as cool as it is, to market in the very short term.

Here's my dream.....we get a couple of 8 figure contracts that put a couple of million of profit into MST. That allows us to get the next couple of cool ideas with the best potential rocking. Then some more cash (from profits) to drive the remainder of the ideas. If our stock gets above 1.5c, some of those options that are out there may get exercised, potentially bringing in an extra $13.5m. If it all goes well, that could be it for us and we'll be seeing 10ths of a dollar instead of 10ths of a cent.

OK so I might be the eternal optiMST, but at this point, dismissing the management or the board would be the death kneel for us. They may not be doing a PERFECT job, but they are doing a pretty good job from a crappy position created not by their doing (I'll conceed on the PH fiasco, things could have been done better). I think we should (constructively) question the business plan, but not take an immediate assumption that it'll be bad without knowledge of the facts. I know the share price does not reflect creation of shareholder value, BUT, I think that we'd all agree that the market is not valuing the IP contained in the company, for which we're only just beginning to see some opportunity to get paid. That's why I, for one, took more than my allocation in the rights issue. It appears that many chose not to. I hope, for my own sake, that they later regret the decision. For the present, I am quietly comfortable about my decision, but have not been vindicated.
