CAMEROON GOVERNMENT: Dear SDL, why do you not accept Hanlong's 50c, the Cameroon Government find it to be an extremely fair and reasonable offer. If you do not accept Hanlong's 50c, we will have to issue permit directly to Hanlong.

SDL: Dear Cameroon Government, we feel that Hanlong's bid of 50c is too cheap and we are not prepared to accept it.

CAMEROON GOVERNMENT: Dear SDL, you are being silly, you are slowing down our taxes. Accept offer now.

SDL: Dear Cameroon Government, Hanlong are trying to screw us over. First they say 57c, now they say 50c. If they screw us over, they will try to screw Cameroon over, maybe they won't want to pay your taxes.

CAMEROON GOVERNMENT: Dear SDL, don't be silly, China not trying to screw you over. Plus China won't screw Cameroon President over, as Cameroon President and China President are best mates. We have tea together. You slowing down royalties, you accept NOW, or we issue permit directly to Hanlong.

SDL: Dear Cameroon Government, we will not be accepting 50c and if you issue permit directly to Hanlong, you will need to start the project over again from scratch, as we will take all our people, research, papers, documents and knowledge and then you will have a real delay. By the way, we might have a better offer from another miner, but if Hanlong don't want to match the price, and you only want to deal with China, then that is going to be a big problem for you, because we won't be accepting a low offer, nor will we be handing our research and knowledge over, resulting in longer delays for your country. You tell Hanlong to pay us a fair price, otherwise we are walking, and you won't see any taxes or royalties in your lifetime.
