    Your right of course the 64% is in active disease and not LTBI (I did not specify either).
    There is no way to determine the sensitivity in LTBI as there is no gold standard - all the sensitivity figures you see for QFN are in active disease where the gold standard is culture.
    I still think such a low sensitivity reported by possibly the biggest user of QFN worldwide (San Francisco) is a concern because there is no evidence that QFN will be more sensitivity in LTBI than in active disease.
