One begins to think that ANS is going to do this without SDL..
Chinese are astute investors and in my opinion Mr Ding has convinced the Cameroon gov't that he has the will and backing to do what SDL couldn't do for many years and has bypassed SDL all together.
Remember SDL couldn't get the extension, but I'm guessing DIng can and will, saving an outlay of $29 mill and a heavily diluted SDL.
He will have 59% of ANS and we will be far better off this way.
It's more pain (waiting) but certainly more gain for ANS.
This is my opinion only, but it seems probable.
