And if the new 2c risk is anything near 800mbo I don't think there is any O&G company on the planet that would believe WPL getting COP's 35% would allow such a deal to go through unopposed and that suiters would be lining up ten deep even in this depressed oil market. You would seriously question CNE management if they let such a deal go through without preempting.
