Correct WPL have to take out FAR and as I been saying the only way to do that is via an on market bid.
WPL need control of FAR to pay for the pre-emptive rights. over 9.5% ie USD 117 million
FAR will not be able to raise the funds in my view so it will not pre-empt in its own right.
End result
