Good point ... I was overlooking that. Given FAR will soon be making a statement on commerciality one would think that FAR would at the very least take another 1.2% to replace what Petrosen will most likley take from FAR's current equity. At the rate of around US$12m per 1 % implied by the WPL deal that would cost around A$20m.
