Nice one WN. Following the WPL purchase one concern would be that FAR becomes an almost irrelevant bit player. From your analysis much depends on what CNE wants to do. Hopefully its WPL vs CNE with FAR as the very attractive purchase in the middle. If its WPL buying out CNE's stake then we're irrelevant, right? Does the Senegalese gov't also have any pre-emptive rights or say in the matter?
