However FAR can also force WPL's hand irrespective of what CNE do.
It just be whether it be for 25% (15 + 10 ) or 50% (15% + 35% ) depending on whether CNE exercise.
But to do it FAR needs a knight, a third party to ride into town.
The bidding war that we so hope for.
