i have done the same baggies, very very dissapointing, it seems the company is not confident of vanmag funds going through before the end of the year and hence they need funs from the recent cap raise to repay debt due on dec 31.
This means no washplant purchase and delayed production again. No wonder they are not responding.
Hopefully they can extend the purchase option to next year or delay the debt repayment.
Not getting a valid mining license for vanmag has put them into this corner.
