Shareholder in CCC And CCCO ( > 1M) I have been overviewing all the recent discussion on CCC and I have to agree with the general level dissatisfaction with the absence of communication( ie the adage 'no news cant be good news' ).

There should have been an announcement today of one way or another re the coal wash asset option to purchase. In the absence of news we assume that it hasn't gone through s=after the due diligence was conducted and the cash will then be sequestered for the DEC Debt repayment unless an option extension can be granted to await the receipt of funds from Vanmag.

All this absence of information is resulting in an uniformed market and perhaps the ASX should be advised that market sensitive information that is clearly available to the company directors is being withheld? that may cause some action!
