The idea of being released before the ASX opens tomorrow doesn't allow anybody to take advantage if they did know.
If you read my posts from yesterday - after the deal was signed the company has to notify the ASX and NAS immediately.
Or at least before either exchange opens - seeing the deal was signed on the weekend - neither exchange open at the time.

The ASX's Announcement Management Office should receive the notification after 8:30am tomorrow if not already.
It will then be released before the market opens. All people are on a fair footing - except the yanks. lol

We can't announ the deal just before both exchanges open at the same time can we.
