IMO -- The stock will go up and then pull back on the AMGN deal.
What myself and everyone else is looking for is the commercialization schedule. When will product start to be shipped in quantity that COGS needs to appear on the income statement. Once QoQ and YoY growth can be seen then the SP will appreciate accordingly.
If the PFS and WI markets are growing, like being suggested, then I would suspect UNS will have a fairly sizable buyout target on it's back. My thinking is probably within 3 years. I would love to see UNS stay independent and with AMGN by their side they might, however most things have a price and I would suspect UNS does to.
I am a big cap investor but I have enjoyed my UNS investment and this board during the past year. It reminds me that accomplishments mark the milestones of our lives but it is along the journey where we grow.
