A search of the Chinese Ministry of Transport sites and the Shanghai Port Authority site shows no press or other statement about any full lockdown.
The last statements are April 7th suggesting ships skip Shanghai if they can and unload at other Chinese ports and notifying about measures to remove backlogs and requiring shippers to remove empty containers as a matter of priority. It says it is working 24 hour shifts and workers at the Port are "living in" so the danger of covid transmission is dramatically reduced. So who planted the bs with the abc rural reporter.
