    on Aust market anyway - I am perplexed - If strife could escalate and risk is not in vogue (for the moment) until resolution I would have thought USD would be preferred safe haven and would rise against risk currencies eg CAD USD etc - if might change when other markets open but ....... 1 step forward (in understanding) and 2 steps back me thinks
