yeah, they dont need to do much apart from rigging the system towards themselves and things pretty much fall in line, any excuse can be made out of any circumstance.
I think Iraq would've been invaded sooner or later without 9/11. An excuse to invade Afghanistan was just an added bonus. It's just a matter of how they benefit and profit from the circumstances.
