At least 6 IT projects in Vic have been failures and perhaps just as many scattered across the country - dozens more.
These GOVERNMENT Departments should start looking at highly successful companies like HSN that have been totally successful in the last 10 years or more evolving and developing highly successful IT data management technology and methods - scattered across dozens of countries.
Time for REAL accounting processing to start in STATE and FEDERAL governments if they really mean to establish controls over WASTING of $FINANCE$S!
