Many of us are concerned by the 'culture of self enrichment ' or legal theft (my term for the acquiring of unearned wealth) proposed in the Resolutiuons to be considered at the forthcoming MWE AGM.

The following is an extract from a REY announcement this evening:

The Board of Rey Resources also advises that following concerns expressed by a number of shareholders, Resolution 3 relating to Approval of the Non-Executive Director Rights Plan was withdrawn prior to the Meeting.
