I was grumbling to a mate the other day about the lack of qtr reports etc from MWE and he suggested I have a look on SEDAR. I just did and sure enough there they are all filed, MD&A etc for each qtr. Now what begs the question is; why one would not report these as a TSX release, as all companies I have always been associated with have done?

My only guess is that either they are not aware of this as a standard or don't care if shareholders aren't informed.

So, is it naivety or contempt, interesting thought, both might be true.
