The trouble with the Magna deal is that every $1 the company spends takes $3 from us shareholders.
There is a million $ a year being pulled in salaries and directors fees.
Neil Taylor is pulling $300k+ as New Ventures Manager - when the company doesn't have any old ventures.
And why resign as a Director? Don't like boring meetings or concerned about Directors duties liabilities?
