In the current oil price conditions - rather than go to Magna they should have cut that million $ in salaries and directors fee by half. You cant say - oh the conditions in the industry are terrible - we have no money - but well still pay ourselves the same amount as if things were going well and then just rear end the ASX shareholders. I mean is this payback for the SPP? This cannot be the best reasonable alternative for shareholders.
