GENERAL MEETING OF MEMBERS

The Company advises that at a meeting of the Board of Directors
of the Company this morning the Directors resolved to convene a
meeting of shareholders to be held in early February 2008 for the
purposes of:
(a) considering the notice received by the Company for the
removal of each of Messsrs Markopoulos, Wilson and Rudd;
(b) the appointment of Mr Emad Odeh as a Director of the
Company; and
(c) the re-election of Mr Wedlock as a Director of the Company.
The notice of meeting will be issued by the Company shortly.
The appointment of Mr Palermo as Company Secretary was
confirmed.
