Seems like stacked votes to me - all those NFPs taking coin from TLS to keep the flame burning.
Obviously roaming would help the consumers. The issue for Voda is that they're going against the grain of a piece of Australian furniture.
Interesting there doesn't seem to be a response from TPG there? Maybe they don't really care as much a everyone thought....
