re: back in the only hearing on Friday is matters concerning procedurals issues and matters of discovery.
i would suggest to you the matter of discovery will be hotly contested and this matter alone will take months if not years to come to any conclusion.
this is a long way from any outcome for CAZ.......and even then i suspect it will be negative.
