SDG recycled cash during the GFC, SDG did not have huge dilutive CR druing 2008-2011, SDG has NTA well above 1.30, it has a pipeline in the cities like Brisbane and Melbourne where prices are on the rise, even recession won't affact SDG much as it has cash and is below book value, it is buying back shares. Why can't my SDG be $1.00?
