    RE SDG's value.

    I am aware that the company is continueing its share buyback programe, as approved 8 months ago. So why not just sell into the company's buyback program in the 2nd half?

    Sunland's management, despite facing challenging trading conditions now, still outperformed its peers over the long term (10 year average return of 10% much greater than ALZ/MGR/PBD/AVJ/A-REIT). How long can I hold this? As long as the company has indicated future buybacks.
