Greenwich will be doing a £15 million capital raising, which may be holding back the BKA price (as stocks often fall after raisings). However, Greenwich is required to hold an extraordinary meeting if the discount is greater than 10% to the market price, which I'm sure they'll be keen to avoid.
I reckon 40c is a safe as houses return over the next month, more likely it'll hit 45c and possibly higher. Greenwich getting some good press in the U.K. at the mo. Great names behind this deal.
DISC: In today at $0.265. Unsure why the market was still offering such a gift, but I'm not complaining.
