RFC floated it when no one else would back it privately anymore, after years of subscriptions from the likes of WMC and BHP.
The Japs in the form of Mitsui and the rest of the Japanese copper smelter pool also had a look. Sumitomo is now more advanced with their own chloride leach technology.
And the prevailing capitalisation? That could barely support a chemistry set at the local state school let alone a full blown development plant. Nor another one of those irrelevent pilot plants that the uninitiated consider im-portant, such as that waste of time they had up in Newcastle but is now ignored.
This company has no idea IMO. One day every one will wake up and the administrator will get the phone call!
