I also think that circumstances change, but as they have to buy quarterly, they buy when they can at whatever price there is. The fact is that under the current situation the value of MRE has gone down and the Risk factor has gone up.
That doesnt mean that they will not be able to weather the storm and if circumstance change, their value might go up.
I certainly dont know what is going to happen in the future.
