The HC Moderators may want a pay rise after reading that mate
Dosnt surprise me at all, the QBCC (QBSA) building regulator takes in 200m per year in fees from Licencee contractors etc.
But some years pay out old 16m in claims against shoddy work etc.
The Staff if ever you ring them, cant answer a single question as none of them know anything even after 10 years working there.
They told me they must pay Money to someone, dont know who. for every email they send or reply to, they must pay a Royalty mabe to the website owner manager,
Basically I have no idea where 150 million of the 200m they ear per year goes, 30m would pay all the useless staff and their cars and office rent surely.
