there is ZERO chance of a successful drill not being leaked. I don't care how "tight" the drill is. If they found oil/gas you have the team from BG, PCL and then the Kenyan govt all in the know. Not a chance news like that wouldn't be leaked.
If PCL rallies significantly and I mean 20-30% on huge volume before any announcement I'll get my hopes up. However after dropping so much and with ZERO buy interest in the name over the drill I hold little hope.
This is a 3rd world country! A decent oil/gas discovery offshore would be a massive deal just like Tullow's success onshore. Nooooo way a govt insider won't try to take advantage let alone EVERYONE else involved.
This far into the drill and not one single noticeable uptick in the PCL share price tells u everything u need to know. Saying that, if this stock rallies 30% tomorrow on no news I may change my opinion but as we stand now this is 95% a duster
