recent theories about the origin of this universe involve anti-matter.
asuming there was energy to start with (and where did that come from??) then according to E=mc2 you get matter. From nothing you get matter and anti-matter ... simple.
Why so difficult to understand that things are as a result of 'laws of nature' a god did not decide to have water ... it is because hydrogen kinda likes hanging around with two oxygens, its mutual attraction, a round peg in a round hole.
