re: it is a dirty business......protest?? Guys...some thoughts...

I got burned on HDR on several occasions losing paper profits, and some real ones, like everyone else...but I am happy to say that ultimately I am now miles in front. That is because of the benefit of my own appetite for risk and getting my hands dirty with "in depth" analysis.

My analysis has been significantly assisted by all of the support group on HC....in spite of the secretive approaches taken by the companies, the hotcopperites are IMHO well ahead of the analysts in understanding HDR. The main problem is that the lack of information has, and will, delay realisation of value. But on reflection, I wonder how much that really means... because I can recall concluding to myself several years ago (and adding it to my trading rules) "that the market does not value in blue sky".

For me the satisfaction is that I feel much better about my investment than the market reflects....so I don't want to be too bitter and twisted about HDR and WPL.
