If you want to go back further and find old posts you can simply click on the "Adv Search" link which appears at the bottom of the Quick Search box. This allows you to filter the search by both stock code and poster name, amongst other things. This will give you access to hundreds of classic quotes even from frequent posters.

Remember that HC search queries are limited to returning a certain number of posts in the primary query irrespective of how many posts you chose to display in a page. If you use the additional filters through advanced search then the primary query filters out 99% of the crap that you aren't looking for (sorry, I mean less relevant posts) and thus the results that you can see as you skip through the pages will go back many times further and be more relevant to what you are looking for.
