I dont agree about inability for stock to lift Elgaes
The point of some of the earlier analysis is the stock appears oversold on its current earnings fundamentals - with no value implied for the milsetone payments - and not withstanding the issues about fda investigation and testosterone market penetration.
With the health sector trading at an avg pe multiple in high teens and ACR trading in low teens/ high single digits depending on your assumptions - it should be able to rerate to close some of that discount.
any re-rating though would be capped by the negative sentiment drivers you mention - unless they are addressed.
