There are plenty of ways management can affect a share price. Firstly they can fill rooms of investors and tell them how valuable their assets are, that they are in prime locations in a race for resources not seen since the gold rush in 1880's. A massively important of role of a CEO is sales, whether he is the CEO of Barclays, Apple or Exon. Can he get investors to invest in his company over his competitors. Can he make his product more desirable than his competitors etc. I think this board is like a rabbit caught in the headlights and terrified they might upset the big boys. Well guess what they are in the big league now whether this happened by fluke when PCL got the licences or by the skill of their science teams way back when. Just appears to me we have idiots driving the company albeit clipping a handsome wage for doing FA. Bloody hell would I love to get to an AGM
