I think one of the reasons Biota is struggling at present is it's history of boom and then bust.
Spiking to $10 in the mid nineties and then again to $9 in 1999 before falling to as low as .42 cents it is no surprise that investors are not confident to invest in Biota.
This time though I do think it is different with great demand for Relenza almost assured over the next few years.
