I think you may find the NT Govt is keen to go ahead with Arafura as well. Interesting that they are also now looking at carting from Olympic Dam and such out of Darwin as the Darwin Port is being set up to cater for this. The other interesting point is Darwin trains come in mostly full and travel home mosty empty and the rumour is that Arafura have stiched up cheap back loading rates to bring in chemicals and equipment through Darwin on the empty carriages going home
It is still a speccie and there is still risk but loads of potential
