2. Alexis - this is the problem and may go to hearing as i believe they are not engaging with the company.
Alexis's case should severely be weakened now, I just dont know how much delay they can cause if they take it to a hearing... I suppose it will be up to 90 days after the hearing - but what then? ..... If anyone has case history on what could transpire say it does go to a hearing then please post something....
Lets see how we end the day and whether the short sellers try to keep the stock down...
Funding should be a walk in the park now... coal price re-bounding, no crisis in europe.... from what i hear funds are starting to throw money around again..
The warrants "potential dilution" remains the biggest fear for any strategic investors...
