Good gesture, and with meaningful amount, anywhwere close to $80k is a good money spent.
Well, put it in context, he sold 1,000,000 shares a month ago at $1.89, he bought back 10% at nearly 60% discount. He did it pretty well. I wish other shareholders has the same "crystal ball".
In bear market, director buying is not a strong buying signal on a falling share price, but director selling into a falling market is a very strong sell signal. Previously, we have Nathan buying at around $3 like crazy, and share price is still falling. It fit BMN directors and BMN pretty well.
Overall, it is a good thing, but nothing to be overly excited yet.
