that given the ridiculous crunch in market cap to a laughable 4 mill atm, any fund raising is offered to shareholders first eg a share purchase plan, $5K per shareholder ...... theoretically this cld raise 11 + mill bucks (2350 shareholders) ...... and underwriting offered to major shareholders for the high likely overs resulting ...... I would put my hand up for overs.

Pro rata would be better / fairer to existing majors (tho they cld be offered spp overs anyway) if able to do so quickly but would have to be 3 for 1 pro-rata for same effect.

If this was struck at 2 cps say, would mean 250K shares per SPP and result in issue of another 590 mill shares to take total to abt 800 mill shrs with abt 1.3 cps cash backing where the financiers are now placed and plenty of cash to complete their FS and attract a development partner.

ANYWAY for them keeping a close eye on POG, looks to me GOLD is decoupling again from AUD and EUR ...... spot AUD gold 1300+ again .......and a T+4 break above recent IDH 1400 shld see it IMO quickly run to first pause level circa 1800 on its way to AUD 2400 / oz next 12 months ..... MY techno call looking for USD 1200 and AUDUSD 0.50 this year and improving thereafter .....

Now if BOard was really up to scratch and cld see this coming a MUCH HIGHER issue price might be possible in time to halve the share cap at say 1 for 1 at techno target 3.5 say and leave rest for later at higher inevitable price ........ for 400 mill shar cap

Need to raise what is required for BFS progessively if able into a rising AUDPOG.

Whatever and hopefully what is minimally dilutionary, need to do the right moves now to get the sp REVERSING outa harms way.
