The only thing holding back Qantas now are the borders. The states and medical officials are disagreeing with one another due to the approaching winter season. Meanwhile in Europe it’s all good to go in June even though we have done much better at containing COVID outbreaks. However don’t see why NSW and VIC (and maybe NZ) can’t form a bubble and the rest of the states a separate bubble and merge later. Obviously general international restrictions will go on till after Sept.
